Congratulations to Suman Ganapathy who received the Golden Oak award for her amazing energy and enthusiasm in everything that she does here. Honorary Service Awards went to Carrie Reichenberger for her wonderful job as volunteer coordinator and Ione Yuen for her service as this year’s president. Our Very Special Person awards went to Chanchal Sahai, for her work as our website administrator, Beth Burke, for her dedication as the faculty advisor for the Destination Imagination teams, and to Kelly Takahashi and Agnes Pommier for being wonderful volunteers who are willing to help out whenever there is a need. Our Library Book Fair was a wonderful event celebrating our Destination Imagination teams, our Reflections participants and our Honorary Service awards. The ice cream treats were a hit, and it was the best Family night in the past 2 years!!!
This Thursday, April 9th at 7:15pm is our PTA meeting where we will be voting in our new slate of officers for the coming year. Please come and meet our new officers and congratulate them and pledge your support!
The Yes on Measure B Campaign needs you! We have 2 opportunities to help the Yes on Measure B campaign left. I hope that you can came and help ensure that our kids will not be negatively impacted by the budget cuts.
The next event is is on Saturday April 18- Sunday April 19
The purpose is to simply distribute voting reminders to targeted voters. There is NO VOTER CONTACT. We're just dropping off "Get Out the Vote" to voters who we believe are likely to vote yes.
