  • June 12th - Day of Event

                 CEREMONY SET UP 8.30AM..................................2 VOLUNTEERS

                     CEREMONY DECORATIONS 3:30PM.......................3 VOLUNTEERS
 
                      CEREMONY CROWD CONTROL 3.30PM...................4 VOLUNTEERS
                  
                      CEREMONY CLEAN-UP 5:30PM................................4 VOLUNTEERS 
 
  • Ceremony Decorations & Set-up Jobs -June 12th Day of Event    

                               - Chair Placement

                               - Stage set-up

                               - Assembling & watering flowers

                                - Putting up the barricades
 
                                - Putting up the banners
 

                                - Putting up the trellis and the aisle blockers

                                - Decorating the bleachers

                                - Setting up a command center
