Dear Parent Volunteers,
I have prepared a schedule of duties and work dates for our committee. Please sign up for the duties that you would like to participate with and indicate what grade your child is currently enrolled.

(help to cut out stars, attached photos of students, put in alphabetical groups, write "Lawson Class of 2009" on bottom of frame)
One person to make a banner that will showcase all the student stars. I will provide instructions (10 hours) FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS:

ATTENTION 8TH GRADE PARENTS
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO EARN THE ENTIRE 10 HOURS REQUIRED FOR PREFERRED SEATING IN THIS COMMITTEE. I SUGGEST YOU ALSO VOLUNTEER IN OTHER COMMITTEES IF SEATING PREFERENCE IS WHAT YOU DESIRE. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE GRADUATION CEREMONY TO COUNT TOWARD PREFERRED SEATING.

Help with setting up photo room and quad. Hang banner and prepared photo frames. 2pm-4pm FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS:

Assistants to help track photos in the photo room. (please arrive by 6 pm for instructions)
