A message  from Graduation comminttee

All committees are getting together in March to organize their volunteers and define and distribute duties.  Please contact any of the chairs if you would like to be included in that committee.  Announcements of upcoming work days, help needed and items needed to borrow will go out through our email list.  If you would like to be included in this email listing please contact Cathy at and provide the following information.

We have placed a "Graduation File Box"  in the school office which contains reimbursement forms, sign-in sheets to track work hours of volunteers and copy of minutes from our meetings and contribution tally sheet.  Feel free to help yourself to any forms needed and return all filled-in forms to the proper folders for processing.  If you have any questions/concerns please contact Cathy Tam at or 408-482-2557.


Finally, please leave the DVD order form and Photo order form catagories as they are for now.  These two committee chairs will contact you when they are ready to update the information to bring dates and prices current.
