Post Graduation Clean-up Committee Volunteers

Dear 8th Grade Parents,
 
The special day is almost here!
The Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2009 is on Friday, June 12 at 4:00pm on the Lawson Field.
The Celebration is from 7:00 -10:00 pm at the Event Center and the Main Quad. 
 
We know that all good things come to an end. Therefore, the Graduation Committee is requesting that all 8th grade parents should help with dismantling and clean up after the party before you go home with your child. Please help make a "clean" ending to our special event.
 
Please contact me Shibani Chotani, Volunteer Coordinator, at  to sign up for the jobs ( mention job#). If you are unable to sign up now, you will be assigned a job when you arrive. We sincerely need and appreciate your help on this occasion.
 
Please check the following list and submit your choices.
 
   AFTER CELEBRATION CLEAN UP INFORMATION
 
* Minimum required time for volunteering:  20 minutes
* Parents arrival time/meeting place:  9:45pm at the Quad
* Instructions will be given by the Committee Heads
 
   JOBS 
 
1) Dismantle the games set up in quad and the music room
2) Clean up food stations
3) Clean up photo booth
4) Take down lights and cardboard sets in the Gym
5) Take things to the PTA room for storage or throw in dumpster
6) Pull up floor covering
7) Take down wall covering and dismantle the DJ stage
8) Other jobs (whatever is left / TBD at the site)
